Meal Prepping tips:
- Cooking for a larger family? Double the recipes, wrap in foil and plastic wrap and freeze
- Cooking for one or two? Prepare the whole recipe, but divide into 2 portions, wrap and freeze
- Cook a large pot of plain pasta on Meal Prep day and store in the fridge. Hello 15 minute dinners!
- If you’re planning to freeze a pasta dish, or use it in a recipe that needs to cook for a while, make sure to under cook your pasta. No one wants mushy pasta.

Creamy Chicken Broccoli Alfredo
Chicken & Broccoli is a creamy sauce, this Creamy Chicken Broccoli Alfredo is another of those recipes that we enjoy often. The rich sauce and tender chicken make it a kid friendly fave, and the broccoli makes it a meal in one. Kick up your dinner game and add a Worlds Best Caesar Salad and some Ciabatta Cheese Bread. Dinner will STILL be ready in under 30 minutes.
Crock Pot Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta
A delicious Crock Pot meal full of classic Cajun flavours. Andouille Sausage & Chicken, slow cooked in a luscious sauce made of cream cheese, half and half, and Parmesan creates a warm and comforting dish, that will be ready and waiting for you when you get home from work. Just toss in your pre-cooked fettuccine, and the cream and heat through. Dinner is done!

This kicked up Vegetarian Ramen Noodle Stir fry starts with Ramen noodles but tastes like it came from a restaurant. Easy to adapt using whatever vegetables you prefer, you can even add in tasty bits of chicken or shrimp if you want. Flexible, Fast and Fabulous!
Fried Spaghetti with Cheddar, Tomatoes and Onions
This incredible recipe from the Fiery Vegetarian is the perfect addition to your Meal Planning Menu. It's amazing how much flavor there is in this 5 ingredient pasta dish. Honestly, it's so good no one will even notice that there is no meat in it!
Instant Pot Cheesy Garlic Butter Spaghetti {Dump and Start, Vegetarian}
I just had to include this super simple, ultimate in easy Garlic Parmesan Instant Pot Pasta Dish that posted over on Recipes from the Pantry. It does not get easier than this, but the results are so satisfying. With this recipe as a base, you can let your creativity loose, and create even more delicious meals adding your favourite ingredients, or leftovers that need to be used. You're going to want to try this one!
