If you are a fan of bold flavors then Greek food is totally for you! I really wonder how Greek food always manages to stuff everything with so many flavorful ingredients! I actually love it so much that I began to think about how I could recreate all of them at home. Things like the pillowy and soft pita, the herb spiced Greek chicken, veggies and all of that super creamy, tangy Greek yogurt dressing.

Well, after a lot of trial and error I finally have the perfect recipe! These Greek Chicken Pita Sandwiches pack all of those flavors and elements while still being super easy to do and using ingredients you probably already have on hand or can find at any supermarket. How to make Greek chicken

Honestly, if I needed to pick only one thing about this recipe it would be the chicken (and hey, that was a tough choice because the yogurt dressing it’s honestly mind blowing!). Oh my gosh the chicken tastes like all good things in life.

It’s juicy and tender, it’s super easy to cook and the flavors… oh my the flavors! This chicken is marinated in olive oil, lemon juice, Greek yogurt (the mediterranean substitute of buttermilk) and all the herbs and spices. Then it’s cooked in a grill to add all those smoky flavors.
