I’ve always been a Meal Planner, even before I went to culinary school, I was obsessed with recipes, and menu planning, and cookbooks. Nothing here has changed in the last 30 years of cooking, but what and how I cook has changed a lot over time.

With three teenage boys, and everyone’s busy schedule, having food that is healthy, easy to prepare, makes good leftovers, and that everyone will eat can be a challenge.
