You can see how easy it is to make Corned Beef and Cabbage in the Instant Pot. Corned Beef and cabbage is one of those dishes that benefits from low, slow, cooking but I rarely have the time for that. The Instant Pot is the best tool to help get that same slow cooked tenderness, but in a much shorter time period.
PRO TIP: Set your Instant Pot to saute while you prep the vegetables. This “preheating” really speeds up the come to pressure time your pot takes, and gets dinner on the table that much faster.
