Moroccan Meatballs; Crockpot, Instant Pot, or Oven

Moroccan Meatballs

  • 3 cups Tomato Puree
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 1 onion finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
  • 2 teaspoons Ground Coriander
  • 2 teaspoons Sweet Paprika
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Ground Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • ½ cup Beef stock
  • salt to taste
  • 2 dozen meatballs beef, pork or lamb


  • Place raw meatballs in the bottom of your crockpot. Set to low. 
  • In a large mixing bowl combine all other ingredients, mix well.  Pour sauce over meatballs. 
  • Cook on low for 8 hours.  Meatballs will be tender and moist.
