Crockpot Meatballs; Chipotle Apricot

Crockpot Meatballs

These are not your everyday Crockpot Meatballs.  These are Chipotle Apricot Meatballs, the perfect combination of sweet with a little heat.   The sauce simmers in the crockpot for 4-6 hours making a sticky, flavourful sauce perfect to serve over rice for dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 jar 16 oz Apricot Preserves
  • 1 jar Chili Sauce Heinz
  • 1 Chipotle in Adobo Sauce chopped
  • 60 frozen meatballs

Instructions
 

  • Combine all sauce ingredients together in a mixing bowl. 
  • Place frozen meatballs into your crockpot, pour sauce mixture over top.  Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6,   If you want these to cook all day while you are at work cook on low for 8 hours, and let it sit at warm.
