Instructions
Cut the hull and the crown off several strawberries in a “v” shape, to create heart shaped strawberries. Peel a clementine, and split sections apart, remove as much of the pith (white stuff) as possible. It can be bitter. Next, cut a wooden skewer in half, and first thread a heart shaped strawberry on the end, with the pointy end of the heart facing out. Next thread two raspberries onto the skewer, and then place two clementines at the end to create an “arrow”. Repeat this process to make 4 or more skewer arrows.

Cut several more strawberries into heart shapes, and use a cherry pitter to remove the pits from 12 or more cherries.
Cut the summer sausage into slices approximately ¼”. Using a small heart shaped cookie cutter, cut the center of each slice out with the heart cutter. (This is the set I used from Michael’s, and I loved that it had both a regular and scalloped edge heart.
Now that everything is prepped, it’s time to start filling in your charcuterie board. First place your strawberry/clementine/raspberry arrows in the top left corner. Place the cherries right below them, to the left side of the board.
Overlap the cheese slices in a circle in the bottom middle of the board, and make a semi-circle of overlapping club crackers at the top middle of the board. Fill in between the cherries and cheese slices with the turkey pepperoni slices. Place a Little Debbie brownie heart beside the cherries, and then fill in the middle of the board with pretzel slims and strawberry hearts. Place two more Little Debbie brownie hearts at the top right, and bottom right of the board. Fill in between the brownies with the summer sausage, layering the heart shapes in a circular shape.
Fill in all empty gaps throughout the board with sesame sticks, and then randomly place the chocolate truffle hearts, heart shaped gummy candies, and conversation heart candies throughout the board. Serve immediately.
