Panko Asparagus with Chipotle Lime Aoli
Ingredients

asparagus
½
shredded Parmesan cheese
1
egg
½
cup
panko crumbs or other bread crumbs
Chipotle Aioli
2
tbsp
chipotle sauce
½
lime
squeezed
1
cup
mayonnaise
Instructions
Wash and cut woody ends off asparagus.
Blend Parmesan cheese and Panko crumbs. Place on cookie sheet.
Dip asparagus into egg and then into crumb mixture.
Bake at 350° for 10-15 minutes or until asparagus are tender.
Combine mayonnaise, lime juice and Chipotle sauce together until well blended for dipping sauce
