Moroccan Meatballs
Ingredients

Tomato Puree

tablespoons
Tomato paste

onion
finely diced

cloves
garlic
minced

fresh cilantro
finely chopped

Ground Cumin

teaspoons
Ground Coriander

teaspoons
Sweet Paprika
1 ½
teaspoons
Ground Ginger

teaspoon
Ground Cinnamon

teaspoon
pepper

Beef stock
salt to taste
2
dozen
meatballs
beef, pork or lamb
Instructions
Place raw meatballs in the bottom of your crockpot. Set to low.
In a large mixing bowl combine all other ingredients, mix well. Pour sauce over meatballs.
Cook on low for 8 hours. Meatballs will be tender and moist.
