Ingredients
1Tbspolive oil
2poundslean ground beef
1small oniondiced
1/2green pepperseeded and diced
5pepperoncini pepperschopped
1pkgbrown gravy
2Tbspdry ranch mix
1/2cupbeef stock
1/2cuppepperoncini juice
1wholegarlic breadcut in half

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place garlic bread in oven and cook until just beginning to get crsip, about 15 minutes.
In a medium frying pan heat oil, add diced onion, green peppers and saute for 3-4 minutes until tender. Add Pepperoncini peppers.
Add ground beef and dry ranch dressing to the pepper mixture, and saute until browned and no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
In a small bowl stir together Brown Gravy Mix, 1/2 cup beef broth, 1/2 cup peperoncini pepper
Pour Brown gravy mixture into the pan, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until thickened. You don't want it to be dry, but not too soupy.
Once ground beef mixture has a nice thick gravy, spoon meat mixture onto each half of the garlic bread or toasted bun of your choice. Top with cheese, return to oven and heat until cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes.
