A quick and easy seafood salad that's great for lunches, snacks or an appetizer with crackers.
Ingredients

cups
imitation crab
coarsely chopped
2
stalks celery
sliced
1/2
cup
frozen corn
defrosted
1/4
cup
shredded carrot
1/4
cup
red onion
finely diced
1/2
cup
mayonnaise
1/2
teaspoon
Old Bay seasoning
1/2
teaspoon
dill
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Prepare all the raw ingredients, crab, celery, red onion, carrot and corn. Place in a large mixing bowl.
Add mayonnaise, Old Bay, dried dill, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
Let sit at least 20 minutes to meld flavours
Notes
Serve as is with crackers, use on top of salad or as a filling for sandwiches.
