Olive Salad
Fresh and Tangy olive salad, in a light garlic dressing. This is a Meal Prep fridge staple. Use on sandwiches, salads, pasta, chicken and fish.

pitted black olives
coarsely chopped

pitted Kalamata olives
coarsely chopped

pitted green olives
coarsely chopped

roasted red bell pepper
coarsely chopped

capers
coarsely chopped

cloves
garlic
minced

fresh parsley

Instructions
In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients until evenly combined.
Serve immediately or place in an airtight container and refrigerate up to one week.
Use as a sandwich condiment, over cooked chicken, in salads, or with cream cheese on toast.
