2tablespoonsesame oil
1 1/2poundsground chicken
1mediumoniondiced
1tablespoonfresh ginger grated
2clovesgarlicminced
1/4cuphoisin sauce
2tablespoonsdark soy sauce
1tablespoonrice wine vinegar
1tablespoonsabal olekor sriracha, optional
2wholegreen onionsthinly sliced
black pepperto taste
1headbutter lettuce
1/4cuppeanutscrushed
Instructions
Heat sesame oil in a saucepan over medium high heat. Add ground chicken and cook over hight heat until browned, 5-6 minutes. Use a wooden spoon to break up the chicken as it cooks. Drain off any extra fat.
Pour sauce into the pan, bring to a boil and reduce heat. Cook 2-3 minutes until sauce is thickened.
To serve, spoon into lettuce cups, onto a bun, or on top of rice.
