2cupskidney beansrinsed and drained
2cupsfrozen corn
1zucchinichopped, optional
1cucumberchopped
2Roma tomatoeschopped
1small red onionchopped

1cupCatalina salad dressing
1 ½cupcheddar cheeseshredded
1 ½cupcorn chips
Instructions
Place beans and corn in a large serving dish and toss to combine. Fold in the vegetables.
Pour dressing over the mixture and stir to combine.
