Artichoke jalapeno dip
Ingredients:
1 12ozjar chopped artichoke heartsdrained
1/2cupgrated parmesan cheese
4oz.cream cheeseroom temp
1/4cupmayonnaise
1/4cupsour cream
salt & pepper
1tsp.minced garlic
1tbsp.garlic lime seasoning
2tbsp.lime juice
3tbsp.diced jalapeñosseeds removed
Instructions
Place artichokes, garlic, and jalapeños into the bowl of a food processor.
Pulse until coarsely chopped.
Add in parmesan cheese, cream cheese, mayo, and sour cream.
Add salt, pepper, lime juice, and lime seasoning.
Pulse until everything blends.
Make sure to leave the dip slightly chunky.
Spoon dip into bowl and garnish with more jalapeños.
