It’s that time of year, PUMPKIN EVERYTHING!   Pumpkin Spice Fluff is a fall versions of my Cheesecake Dip that I made during the summer.   The kids devoured it, I believe the quote was “this is life” Mom… so I think that means they liked it.   Who can resist trying a new version with reviews like that.

As we head back to school, after school snacks become more of a thing,  and when I do my weekly meal prep I always make a platter of sliced fruit that can easily be grabbed and snacked on.   While my kids are not picky eaters, and they love fruit, sometimes it gets overlooked in favour of other treats, that where this Pumpkin Spice Fluff comes in.

I decided to tempt them this season with Pumpkin Spice Cream Cheese Fruit Dip…. and I’m not gonna lie, it’s REALLY good.   It is on the sweet side, it is NOT healthy for you, but it IS easy to prepare, keeps in the fridge for a week – not that it will last that long.

And of course, since it’s Pumpkin Spice Everything, and I love Rae Dunn everything…. I need this mug!  How about you?

A fall favourite, this dip comes together incredibly quickly with very few ingredients... and it's delicious.   I like to use homemade Pumpkin Spice Mix which while not essential really elevates this from delicious to OMG amazing!
