This is my second 5 dinners in 1 hour Facebook Live Prep. I’ve been using this plan since February of this year, and it’s been amazing. I’ve always been a die-hard meal planner, spending hours on Pinterest, and before that FoodGawker, planning out elaborate dishes some weeks, and comfort foods other week, I’ve got note books, binders, lists, sticky notes… you name it, I’ve tried it. Honest, I can show you meal plans from as far back as 1998!
Not I’m not saying I never deviate from the 5 Dinners 1 hour, or tweak a recipe, or just sometimes use my own recipes but implement this system, but boy or boy this has been a real game changer for us. The meals are so easy to cook once they have been prepped that even my kids can get dinner started and it’s ready when I get home.
We have totally cut down on ordering out, grabbing fast food, grocery bills are reduced and the wasted food? Almost none… plus clean up is a breeze, I have more time to spend with the family and there is no more 5 pm panic… what’s for dinner! I’m a fan, yup, a definite fan.
